MIRROR WORLD 5-YEAR WARRANTY

At Mirror World, we stand behind the quality of our products. Selected Mirror World mirrors come with a 5-year warranty, giving you confidence and peace of mind with your purchase. Other models carry a 2-year warranty. Please check the individual product details for the coverage that applies to your model.

WHAT IS COVERED

For models supplied with a 5-year warranty, that warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship and the functional components of the mirror under normal use, including:

• LED lighting
• Demister
• Touch and sensor controls
• Integrated electronic components
• Mirror glass and backing where a manufacturing defect is confirmed

If a covered issue occurs, Mirror World will assess the fault and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement components or replacement of the product.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

Please inspect your mirror carefully before installation.

Check the mirror glass, edges and overall condition for any visible damage or cosmetic imperfections. If you notice anything unusual, please contact us before the mirror is installed.

This allows us to resolve any delivery or visible cosmetic issues quickly and ensures they can be identified as having occurred prior to installation.

For models supplied with a 5-year warranty, installation does not affect that warranty for manufacturing or functional faults that may arise later.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, incorrect installation, alterations, water ingress, normal wear and tear, or deterioration caused by prolonged or cumulative exposure to excessive moisture, steam or humidity.

For the best performance and longevity, we recommend following the installation and care instructions supplied with your mirror and using appropriate bathroom ventilation.

MAKING A CLAIM

If you experience an issue with your mirror, simply contact our team with your proof of purchase and photos or video of the issue.

We may ask for some additional information to help us identify the cause and determine the most appropriate solution.

Our team will guide you through the process.

Please contact Mirror World before arranging any repair or replacement work relating to a warranty claim.

Our product warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable New Zealand law.
